ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE

We have plenty of activeties to offer! They aim to bring us together and help keep our bodies and minds healthy

All activities below were offered during Covid-19 as for health and mental wellbeing.

GARDENING & PICNICS

Used to be on Monday from 9am – 11am

This event will be held at Moira street pocket park Melton Road Map we will meet in the park at 10am on Mondays, please bring along some food with you. Gardening equipment will be provided for you.

SUPPORT GROUP

Used to be on Wednesday from 6pm

This event will be held on zoom. This will be an open session for use to come together to share experiences, connect with one another, speak openly about challenges and share helpful information. Sharing with others or just listening in can be very healing to you. we hope to see you there

YOGA & EXERCISE

Used to be on Wednesday from 10am

This event will be held on zoom. Join us for our weekly yoga class. Yoga is great for increasing cognitive function and reducing stress. All you need is some comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, and some water. This class is for all experience levels, so beginners are welcome!

 

RELAXATION & MEDITATION

Used to be on Saturday from 11:45am

This event will be held on zoom Join us for a group guided meditation. Meditation is a great way to better focus and concentration and lower levels of stress and anxiety. no equipment is required just set up a calm comfortable space and you are ready to get started. This class is for all experience levels, so beginners are welcome!

YOG & MUDRAS

Used to be on Thursday at 6:15pm

This event will be held on zoom Join us for our yog & mudras session. We will work on bringing your energy body to perfect alignment or balance using hand gestures. no equipment is required just set up a calm comfortable space and you are ready to get started

 

WALKING EXERCISE

Used to be on Monday from 11am – 12:30am

This event will be held on zoom, we all take part in an indoor walking exercise class that can be done from home. Walking is great for your overall health and you will get to meet with the group at the same time. All you need is some comfortable clothes, some water, and some floor space and you’re ready to go!

BOLLYWOOD DANCE & EXERCISE

Used to be on Saturday from 11am

This event will be held on zoom and is run by Priya Tailor. Dance is great for positivity, happiness, and exercising your body. All you need is some comfortable clothes, some water, and some floor space and you’re ready to go. This class is for all experience levels, so beginners are welcome!
